My name is Diana and I am the face behind the camera...yes the one who is blowing raspberries to make your little ones smile. My journey with newborn/family photography started in 2017 when my son Aidan was born. Actually started way much earlier when I studied visual anthropology at university but I have had this light-bulb moment with his arrival. I could use my technical background, my creativity and my love for babies in the same time. I have worked for a year on the maternity ward at Queen Elizabeth hospital in London ( I am DBS checked) and I have safely photographed hundreds of babies. That gave me the confidence in 2020 to open my own studio after 3 years of being a mobile and a hospital photographer. My cosy home-studio is located in South East London and filled with props, outfits, dresses everything you need for your maternity, newborn or your family shoots.

When shall I book my newborn session?
Best time to book after the 20 weeks scan. I only take limited numbers of newborns per month, so you can avoid dissapointment with an earlier booking. You can secure your session with £60 non refundable deposit and pick your package later.
When is the best time for a newborn session?
My newborn sessions are scheduled ideally between 6-16 days after birth. This is the perfect time to capture those curled up beautiful poses while your baby is sound asleep.
What shall I bring, how should I prepare?
My studio is filled with tiny outfits, hats, headbands...teeny tiny beds,buckets, baskets and lot more so you won't need to bring or buy anything for your baby. After booking we will have a consultation about preferred colours, styles so you don't have to worry picking up your props on the days of your session...it can be overwhelming because probably this will be the first time you leave the house with your new bundle of joy. I send a session guide for you a couple days before your session , that tells you how to prepare and what to put in your nappy bag ...just in case
If you wish to have family portraits you can bring your outfit on the hanger ...you will have access to a steamer.
Free refreshments are available during your sessions...and yes dads can have a snooze on the sofa.
When I will receive my pictures and have to pay the balance?
You will receive your digital copies 14 days after your session , keepsake usb and prints will be posted by royal mail to follow.
Session fee must be payed on booking and the choosen package price is due on the day or any day before your session.
I have changed my mind, can I change my package ?
Sure, you can! Please let me know at least 48 hours before your session.

When to book my session?
You can book your session anytime even after your newborn session with £60 non refundable deposit.
We can schedule the sessions 2-3 weeks before his/her birthday so you will receive your images before the big 1.
What to bring, what is included in the session?
The Gold session includes 3 mini sessions 1. First we will start with beautiful birthday portraits. You will need a smart outfit for boys and a pretty dress for girls. The next will be the cake smash when the cake comes out and the babies are running wild . We will discuss beforehand you can bring your own cake ( homemade is welcomed) or I can supply the cake. I would only supply cakes for babies with no allergies. And the grand finally , most babies favorite part is the bubble bath. You will be asked to bring a small towel and bubble bath if your baby has a sensitive skin.
All decoration supplied by me, we will have a consultation 2-3 weeks before the session when you can tell me your ideas and we can pick the colour scheme.

Maternity
When to book my session?
Best to book your session after your 20 weeks scan, you can book your maternity and newborn session the same time. We will schedule your session somewhere between 30-34 weeks , when you will have a beautiful baby bump.
Do I have to do my hair and make up myself?
You can of course or if you like to be pampered for a day I can book make up and hair dresser for you to come to the studio.(extra cost)
What should I wear?
I have 10+ gorgeous gowns you can pick from, in every colour you can imagine from a very elegant, simply white and black to the full tulle pink extravaganza. Of course if you wish you can bring your easy , no fuss jeans and white shirt combo.
Outdoor or studio?
Both options are available . From April to October you can choose between outdoor or studio session .
Can we include partners and siblings?
Yes, of course.

Sitter/Baby
What is the sitter session , who is it for?
Sitter session is for babies who can sit by themselves, usually between 7-9 months. This is a perfect little session for babies who missed their newborn sessions for some reason or in some cultures they don't take pictures of the babies in the early weeks/months. Also perfect opportunity to capture this milestone in between newborn and the first birthday session.
What shall I bring,how shall I prepare?
You can bring a couple of cute outfits or you can pick from my wardrobe. I will send you a "guide" before your session and we will make sure your baby is happy during their shoot so I can capture those cute little smiles.

Preserve your memories. Cherish the moments . There is always a reason to book a family session. New adoption to the family, fast growing kids , beautiful surprise for grandparents , family reunion...and lots more.
My family sessions are fun for the kids , hopefully not too awkward for the teens and I am dads favorite person because I try to be quick.
Between April and October you can choose between studio or outdoor session. I can travel to nearby beaches to capture a beautiful sunset or sunrise with your family ( travel fees apply).
